Utah National Parks

If the slopes aren't quite your thing, Cedar Breaks Lodge & Spa is in the middle of a wealth of natural beauty, with some of the most incredible National Parks in the country on your doorstep. Zion National Park is just over an hour southwest, with numerous scenic drives, and hiking and biking trails, ranging from beginner to expert levels. The color contrast between pure white snow and vivid red rock is definitely something to see. The valley floor generally offers a milder temperature, but be sure to always check the local weather and trail conditions to make sure the ones you're interested in are clear and safe.

One hour's drive east is Bryce Canyon National Park, known for its eerie "Hoodoos" - massive odd-shaped pillars of rock left standing by erosion. Even more beautiful in the winter months, Bryce Canyon offers amazing views for all, whether you're driving along from viewpoint to viewpoint or hiking down into the canyon itself. Due to its remote nature, it is one of the most popular stargazing destinations in the country. After sundown, the park offers a magical view of the Milky Way, with millions of stars visible to the naked eye!

Whether you're planning a family vacation, a group visit or a romantic weekend away, let us make your vacation unforgettable at Cedar Breaks Lodge & Spa!
