  • Cedar Breaks Private Membership Club
    One of Brian Head's favorite gathering places, you can warm yourself by our natural stone fire place. Hosting a casual atmosphere with a full lounge and a wide selection of appetizers, or choose one of the many entrées from our Cedar Breaks Café menu. Memberships are available.

   Junior Villas come equipped with two queen beds, full bath with jetted tub, and hair dryer. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee maker. All rooms have cable TV with a DVD/VCR, telephone with data port and a fireplace. Handicap floor plan has one king bed and roll-in shower.

Grand 1 Bedroom Villa

Grand One Bedroom Villas have a private bedroom with either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds, a full bath with a jetted tub and hair dryer. Adjoining the bedroom is a living room with a queen size sofa sleeper. The Grand One Bedroom Villa is also equipped with a full kitchen, cable TV and fireplaces in both the bedroom and living room with a DVD/VCR in the living room. All telephones have data ports.

 
 The smaller One Bedroom Villa floor plan has a private bedroom including a fireplace with 1 king bed, a full bath with jetted tub and hair dryer. Adjoining the bedroom is a sitting room with a queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, sink, microwave, stove top burner, and a coffee maker. Both rooms have cable TV and telephones with data ports, and one TV has a DVD/VCR.

   Juniper

 Our Two Bedroom Villa and Grand Two Bedroom Villa offer a full kitchen and living room with a queen size sofa sleeper. Two private full baths with jetted tubs in both bathrooms or the Grand has a jetted tub in one bath with a shower in the other bathroom and hair dryers in each. The master bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom either has 2 queen beds in the Grand or a king bed. The Two Bedroom Villas have cable TV in the bedrooms and living room along with a DVD/VCR in the living room and telephones with data ports. All villas have fireplaces in both bedrooms.

  • Occupancy limits of each villa type may be exceeded one (1) individual provided it is an infant of less than two (2) years of age and sleeps in a crib.

Room Reservation Deposits
One night's room and tax is due at the time of making your reservation. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
Room Reservation Cancellations
A full refund of your one night's room and tax will be issued providing there is a 72 hour notification of cancellation prior to arrival. During Holiday periods, cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit.

Package Deposits
A deposit equal to 50% of the total package price is due at time of making your reservation. A full refund of your deposit will be issued providing that notification of cancellation is received 72 hours prior to arrival. Package prices and features subject to change. Packages not available on Holidays.
