The Restaurant at Cedar Breaks Lodge & Spa, Brian Head Utah, where you will experience mouth-watering cuisine made from the finest ingredients prepared by top-notch chefs.

Surrounded by magnificent peaks and postcard views, you can dine on award-winning Chef Toni Gordillo delectable creations. The Restaurant is Open nightly from 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. You can enjoy our burgers made with house made umami dust and Chef Toni Gordillo famous Short Rib, or if you prefer something light, try our Tapioca Crusted Tofu.
