Brian Head Breakfast
Two eggs served with toast and potatoes or pancakes.
Add bacon, ham or sausage.

Breakfast Skillet
Two eggs cooked your way with choice of ham, bacon or sausage served on a hot, iron skillet over breakfast potatoes.

Old Fashioned Oats or Cream 'o' Wheat
Served with brown sugar and golden raisins.

Build your own Three-Egg Omelet
Your choice of ham, bacon, sausage, onion, peppers, mushrooms, tomato, jalapeno, cheese, guacamole, salsa or sour cream. Served with toast and breakfast potatoes. Plain or with choice of cheese.

Texas Toast
Three thick slices of egg-dipped Texas Toast, served with butter and syrup. Add bacon, ham or sausage.

Buttermilk Pancakes
Three plate-sized buttermilk pancakes, served with butter and syrup. Topped with strawberries and add bacon, ham or sausage.

Granola, Fruit & Yogurt
Our own special granola recipe with vanilla yogurt, fresh seasonal berries and fruit.

Bowl-a Granola
Big bowl of homemade granola with milk.

Federal regulations require steaks to be cooked to the internal temperature of 165 degrees. Requesting steak to be cooked “rare” does not comply with federal guidelines. By requesting steak to be prepared “rare” you automatically acknowledge that CEDAR BREAKS LODGE AND SPA is not liable for any possible illness as a result of “rare” steak preparation.
